Estudio Licciardi
Location:
Rosario and Armstrong, Santa Fe, Argentina
Challenge
Estudio Licciardi combines real estate services with legal advice, with offices in Armstrong and Rosario. It had different types of properties to offer, including houses, apartments and land, but no website of its own where it could present them in an orderly way and with the credibility of a licensed practice.
The request had two parts. First, a clear storefront for people looking for a property in the area, with concrete details for each one. Second, the portfolio changes often: properties are sold, rented and added, and the owner of the practice needed to upload and edit them herself, without going through us every time.
Visitors are usually comparing several options from their phone. They need to filter by operation, property type, neighborhood and bedrooms, see price, size and location at a glance, and be able to inquire on WhatsApp right away, without filling in long forms.
Strategy & Solution
We built the site in Next.js with a sober identity in blue and cream, classic typefaces and thin vertical lines as a visual signature. The home page shows an aerial view of the area, a message about Armstrong and Rosario, and search filters by operation, type, neighborhood and bedrooms.
Each property has its own page with photos, price, size, rooms, condition and a location map. The full listing can be filtered, and from any page the WhatsApp button opens a direct conversation with the agency, about the property the visitor wants to discuss.
To keep the portfolio up to date, we built a custom admin panel on Supabase. From there the client adds properties, uploads photos, changes prices and statuses, and edits the home page texts and contact details, such as WhatsApp, addresses and opening hours for each office. Access is protected with a username and password, and only authorized people can change the content.
Besides the website, we produced a short vertical video that introduces the agency and walks through the new site, made for Instagram and to show clients how to browse the portfolio. The result is a site the agency can manage on its own, presenting its offer clearly in Armstrong and Rosario.
