Challenge
DiazHome sells furniture and home decor online, but its operation was spread across several platforms: the store on Tienda Nube, email marketing on Perfit, and Fravega orders entered by hand into Odoo. Each channel ran on its own, and manual entry increased the risk of errors and delays.
The challenge was to scale sales without making the operation heavier. Growing paid media and making the most of key dates like Cyber Monday required reaching buyers in Buenos Aires City and Greater Buenos Aires with segmented campaigns while keeping a reliable order flow.
Every sales peak also meant more work: entering orders, syncing contacts and following up on open carts. Without automation, growth turned into more administrative tasks and less time to optimize campaigns.
Strategy & Solution
We designed segmented paid media campaigns to reach furniture and decor buyers in Buenos Aires City and Greater Buenos Aires, with a specific strategy for public holidays and Cyber Monday. Each campaign is adjusted based on how the audience responds.
We set up automated email marketing with Perfit to recover abandoned carts and build loyalty with past buyers. The flows run on their own, without depending on manual sends.
We connected the platforms with n8n workflows: contacts and orders move from Tienda Nube to Perfit, and a full system takes Fravega sales into Odoo, creating sales orders and customer contacts with no manual entry and fewer operational errors.
All of the automation runs on n8n with one clear goal: the operation should have no internal bottlenecks. Every order, contact or alert that used to depend on a person now runs through an automated flow, so the team can focus on selling and serving customers instead of copying data between platforms.
The result was surpassing record sales on Tienda Nube, with an operation that scales without adding administrative work. Campaigns, email and operations work together to make the most of every demand peak.
